General<\/strong> <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These terms and conditions govern the use of the <em>Atelier Croissant<\/em> website and orders placed online or in-store. By accessing our site, you fully accept these conditions.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong>2. Products<\/strong> <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All our products are prepared daily. Photos and descriptions are for illustrative purposes only and may vary slightly depending on the day&#8217;s production.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong>3. Orders<\/strong> <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Orders placed via our site are subject to confirmation. Atelier Croissant reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of unavailability or technical issues.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong>4. Prices and Payment<\/strong> <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prices are in euros, VAT included. Payment must be made at the time of order using the available payment methods.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong><strong>5. Pickup &amp; Delivery<\/strong> <\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Orders must be picked up at the chosen time and date. In case of delay or no-show, no refund can be guaranteed. Delivery, if offered, depends on availability and the service area.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong>6. Cancellation<\/strong> <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Any cancellation must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance. After this period, no refund will be possible.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>7. Personal Data<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Atelier Croissant cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from the use of this site or improper storage of products after pickup. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong>8.
